Personal Items
Pack clothes for all weather conditions, windbreakers and or layers are a nice thing to have. Try to pack light, I have waterproof coveralls for everyone to use. Bring coolers and leave them in your vehicle to transfer the fish in Zeballos, a safe # of coolers would be 1.5coolers per person. Don't forget your camera there will be multiple memories you will want to capture.
Fishing
I have all the fishing gear and my goal for everyone is to limit out on Chinook, Halibut & Ling cod. If you have a special lure or lucky Hootchie bring it and we will give it a shot. We will be fishing HARD and if the weather allows us, we will be heading to the Salmon highway off shore every day. Ultimately the wind will dictate where we go, if it's too windy outside there are lots of areas we can access while the wind eases. Some of my guests have purchased devices to help with sea sickness.I recommend Transdermal patches, purchased from most pharmacies or the new wrist device that works well apparently. The patch lasts 3 days and cost around $15
If you have any further questions, please let me know. Feel free to check out my website & social media accounts for videos and photos from years past.

Included in your adventure on top of a clean bed and hot shower, the lodge will be providing you with 3 meals a day which includes a hot breakfast and a bagged lunch to take with you in the morning and dinner is at 6pm every night. You may want to pack some snacks, jerky, etc but you will be well fed. If anyone on your crew has dietary needs, please let me know asap and I will reach out to the lodge and see if the request can be met. Bring whatever booze or smoke you want. "CANS" are the preferred drinking vessel, no bottles as they if they break it's not a good scene. Don't worry the captain still allows bottles of fine Wine, Whisky and Tequila.
Fishing Camp Port Eliza
When we arrive at the Lodge, we will unload everything in your room except what you need to fish with. The owners will give you a short orientation and Safety talk then we will get down to business. Fish processing procedure will be explained in orientation, they will bill everyone individually or by group 3$ per pound to vacuum seal and freeze your catch. Remember the WIFI is limited and there is no cell service. You will lose cell service about 40 km north of Campbell River. There is a SAT phone that you can use at the lodge to check in back home if necessary. I encourage you to unplug from your day-to-day patterns and embrace the remoteness and tranquillity that Port Eliza offers.
Personal Items
Pack clothes for all weather conditions, windbreakers and or layers are a nice thing to have. Try to pack light, I have waterproof coveralls for everyone to use. Bring coolers and leave them in your vehicle to transfer the fish in Zeballos, a safe # of coolers would be 1.5 coolers per person. Don't forget your camera there will be multiple memories you will want to capture.
Fishing
I have all the fishing gear and my goal for everyone is to limit out on Chinook, Halibut & Ling cod. If you have a special lure or lucky Hootchie bring it and we will give it a shot. We will be fishing HARD and if the weather allows us, we will be heading to the Salmon highway offshore every day. Ultimately the wind will dictate where we go, if it's too windy outside there are lots of areas we can access while the wind eases. Some of my guests have purchased devices to help with sea sickness. I recommend Transdermal patches, purchased from most pharmacies or the new wrist device that works well apparently. The patch lasts 3 days and cost around $15

F&B
I encourage you to unplug from your day-to-day patterns and embrace the remoteness and tranquillity that Port Eliza offers
